Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Try VitaSeal in your own kitchen for 30 days. If you are not happy with it for any reason, send it back and we will refund you in full, even if you have used it. Sale and bundle items are included.

The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered.

How to return an item

Email support@vitaseal.co.za with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You don't need to give a reason, but feedback helps us improve.
We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label or courier collection. Return shipping is free.
Pack the device with the parts that came with it (sealing clip and charging cable). Please wash and dry any bags or containers you return.

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Refill bag packs

Because bags touch food, opened refill bag packs can only be returned if they are faulty. Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days like any other item.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we will check it and refund you within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after we confirmed it, please email us.

If parts of the original order are missing from the return, we may deduct their cost and will tell you before we do.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you won't pay any shipping.

1-year warranty

Every VitaSeal device has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If it stops working properly, email us with your order number and a short description or video of the problem. We will repair it, replace it or refund you. In the first 6 months, you choose which, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear on bags.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
